A poll conducted on behalf of liberal, Democrat mouthpieces The Courier-Journal and The Lexington Herald-Leader, along with WHAS TV and WKYT TV, allegedly found that opposition to gay marriage in Kentucky is "eroding," according to the spin of the results from The Courier-Journal.
The poll queried 714 registered voters if they "favor or oppose allowing gays and lesbians to marry in Kentucky?" With a margin of error of plus or minus 3.7 percent, the supposed drop in opposition from a February poll, where 55% of voters opposed gay marriage in Kentucky, could easily be a statistical anomaly.
According to the most recent poll, 37% of registered voters in Kentucky favor allowing gays to marry, while 12% remain unsure.
It is a significant drop from the 72% of registered voters in Kentucky who opposed gay marriage in 2004 by voting to ban it in the state.
The corrupt Senior U.S. District Court Judge John G. Heyburn II struck down the will of the people by saying it "violates the constitutional guarantee of equal protection under the law and that it lacks 'any conceivable legitimate purpose.'"
Since Jesus Christ forbids the act of homosexuality itself, and by extension gay marriage, the idea this judge, who places himself above the will of God and the will of the people, had better restrain himself from making comments like there is not "any conceivable legitimate purpose" to ban gay marriage. The very will of God is reason enough.
No one is born gay, although we are all born in sin. So the idea that we're born sin translating into being born into a specific sin, is an evil lie. The worst lie is to self-identify with a sin forbidden by almighty God, and then attempt to say those opposing it engage in hate speech. If that's the case, they are accusing Jesus Christ as engaging in hate speech, when throughout the Holy Scriptures homosexuality is forbidden.
After all, do we say we are thieves if we steal, self-identifying with that sin and protesting against anyone that will deny we're born that way and can't change? You can pick out any behavior forbidden by God and do the same thing.
Homosexuals are the only group in the world that self-identify as a sin. That's their problem, not ours. Jesus Christ calls all of them to repent of their sinful lifestyle choice. Many have been delivered from this sinful behavior and choice, and so can they.
The people of Kentucky must continue to raise their voices against this sin, which God has judged the world and nations for in the past, and will do so in the future if it's not resisted by God's people and the people living in the state of Kentucky.
It's also why we must strongly oppose Jack Conway, the Attorney General of Kentucky, when he runs for governor, as he refused to exercise his legal duty in challenging the federal judge who overturned the will of God and the people of Kentucky. He has no right to decide what laws he wants to support. He's just another Obama picking and choosing what laws he wants to uphold and what he doesn't.
It's also why Alison Case Lundergan Grimes must be strongly rejected by the voters of Kentucky in her race for a Senate seat. Being part of the Democratic abortion party, as well as part of a party that doesn't mind taking the wealth from the productive and redistributing at will to others. Grimes has also come out as supporting gay marriage. Every bit of this in opposition to the will of God.
Jesus Christ commands all nations and people to submit unto Him. The people of Kentucky are called to oppose all those who reject that command and choose to oppose our creator and Savior.
As the Scriptures ask, "How long will you waver between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him." The people of Kentucky are required to answer that question.
