Ever since Jack Conway refused to do his job when a federal judge overruled the will of the people of Kentucky to have marriage defined as between a man and a woman, he is acting all lawful concerning the anti-Biblical decision to redefine marriage as also between people of the same sex.
As Attorney General, Conway refused to battle for the people of Kentucky as he was required to do, by appealing the decision of the immoral Judge John Heyburn, passing his responsibilities onto Governor Steve Beshear.
Conway even went so far as to identify the people of Kentucky as discriminating against homosexuals because of their belief in Jesus Christ. For that reason alone he should have been removed from office. It's an outrage that he flaunts himself before the people of Kentucky, like his colleague Obama.
Also despicable was Conway's renewed legal religion, where he said the Supreme Court "made clear that the government cannot pick and choose when it comes to issuing marriage licenses and the benefits they confer."
In other words, like Obama, Conway believes he can pick and choose the laws he wants to follow, while the people of the Christian faith in Kentucky need to submit unto laws that go against our Creator and Savior Jesus Christ.
For these reasons, we must vote against Conway and get him out of state politics. Let him go get a real job and let those who are moral and upstanding guide the commonwealth.

Beshear Tackles Gay Marriage while Jack Conway Hides
After the ungodly and corrupt U.S. District Judge John G. Heyburn II imposed his will on the citizens of Kentucky by striking down Kentucky's constitutional amendment banning gay marriage, where 1,222,125 voters overwhelmingly voted to pass the law, Governor Steve Beshear has had to hire an outside law firm because the immoral Attorney General Jack Conway refused to stand up for the people and law of Kentucky, basically saying it wasn't moral.
It's an odd thing for someone elected to represent the people of Kentucky, to refuse to do so. Now this elected official who refused to perform his duty, is running for governor. We know what we must do to send the message that we won't be stepped on by Conway.
Not only that, but the people of Kentucky will now have to pay out a lot of money for the law firm because of Conway's refusal to perform his sworn duty.
The strategy of Beshear's office, which is to argue against having to recognize gay marriages performed in other states, focuses on the inability for homosexuals to bear children, which is of course a major reason God instituted marriage in the first place, in order that people would fill the earth in accordance with His plan.
Of course Jesus Christ forbids people to be homosexuals in the first place, and they aren't born that way, but choose it for a variety of reasons. The idea of gay marriage then is a mute one with God, as the practice of homosexuality is forbidden, so going from there to marriage makes no sense.
To me, this should have been the argument, as the people of Kentucky reject homosexuality and gay marriage of any kind. The issue is this corrupt judge is saying by his outrageous decision that the state of Kentucky doesn't operate as part of a democracy, as he, by exceeding his authority, stated that voters don't matter. This is activism and ideology trumping the law of Kentucky.
Essentially what this judge did is force the laws of a small number of state onto the people of Kentucky. He has no right to transfer law across state lines. He should be removed out of his office.
Just remember that Jack Conway refused to stand up for the people of Kentucky and Kentucky law when he runs for governor.

Perry to Speak at Kentucky GOP Fundraiser
With the extremely unpopular Democratic President Barack Obama weighing on the party, it is good news for the GOP in Kentucky. To add to Republican momentum in the state, Texas Gov. Rick Perry will visit Kentucky to headline a fundraiser at the Lincoln Reagan Dinner on March 15. The event will be held at Murray State University.
The hope and probability is that Republicans will take over the state House in 2014, as the debacle surrounding Obamacare, the attack on the coal industry, and the promotion of policies opposed by the majority of the electorate in Kentucky has the Democratic Party tottering, with little in the way of answers; especially when Democratic Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear continues to move almost lock-step with Obama on national policies.
It suggests the Democratic Party in Kentucky is in bed with Obama, which doesn't sit well the people of Kentucky.
Along with Perry, Kentucky senators Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell have also been invited to attend the event.
At this time the Kentucky House is controlled by the Democrats by a 54-46 majority. It is believed that will change next year, with the Republicans controlling the House and Senate after the 2014 elections.

Kentucky Democrats, Beshear, Obamacare and Economic Growth

It is increasingly clear that Democratic Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear is a tool of the Obama administration, in light of the media assertion Obamacare is doing well in the state. That's being touted even though hundreds of thousands of people in Kentucky will lose their desired insurance carrier.
Beshear wrote an op-ed in the liberal New York Times saying Obamacare is going to be a boon for the state, and will be good for the health of the people of the commonwealth, even though it is proven there will be death panels to decide on who receives care, as well as money given to allow abortions.
What isn't reported by many news outlets in Kentucky is the fact Kentucky's economy is getting hammered, with unemployment climbing to 8.4 percent, higher than it was in October 2012.
From September 2013, the civilian labor force in Kentucky has shrunk by almost 10,000, led by a 2,100 plunge in manufacturing jobs in October. A combination of over 9,00 logging and mining jobs have been lost over the last 12 months, with the information sector losing 1,700 jobs. Building has also declining, shedding almost 2,000 jobs over the last 12 months.
Yet Beshear and the Democrats continue to plug the Obamacare disaster as a source of growth. Whenever a state counts on government programs for growth, it's going to decline, as has Beshear's Kentucky.
The pathetic and unprofessional Democratic Governor said in the op-ed when responding to the workability and/or constitutionality of Obamacare, that the people of Kentucky need to get over it.
No. The people of Kentucky need to get over Beshear, the Democrats, and senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes, who are all wrong for the conservative, god-fearing people of Kentucky.
We must reject the Democratic Party in Kentucky for moving lock-step with the liberal Obama. The only way to save the state is to vote in conservatives who represent the values of Kentuckians, and will represent them in the face of whatever opposition arises.
Big government programs are not economic growth, and until the liberal Democrats of Kentucky understand that, we need to vote them out in droves until they respond to who the people of Kentucky are and what they believe.

Democratic Governor Steve Beshear Allows Same-Sex "Marriage" Benefits to National Guard
Putting his boot in the face of the people of Kentucky once again, Kentucky Governor Steven Beshear, a Democrat, is allowing so-called spouses of homosexual National Guard members to apply for benefits.
As with a growing number of Democrats, Beshear simply sidestepped the will of the people of Kentucky, who don't recognize gay marriage as legitimate in any way.
Beshear used the decision by the Supreme Court which struck down part of the Defense of Marriage act which didn't recognize same-sex marriages, as an excuse to give the go ahead to provide benefits to these non-married people.
Based on the recommendation of Kentucky Adjutant General Edward Tonini and Beshear's affirmation of the recommendation, now homosexual National Guard members are allowed to apply for federal marriage benefits in Kentucky, even though they aren't recognized as legally married in the state.
This isn't just an outrageous slap in the fact to the people of Kentucky, but it is an direct insult to Jesus Christ whose commandments forbid homosexuality, let alone them getting married and receiving benefits.
The people of Kentucky need to remember this as the 2014 elections approach, as liberal Alison Lundergan Grimes runs for the Senate. Grimes also refuses to reject the extremely unpopular Obamacare, and instead is walking lockstep with the Democratic Party on supporting it.
Kentucky needs to let the Democratic Party know that they will no longer put up with its opposition to the conservative will of its people. The only way they will hear that message is to vote them out of office in large numbers.

Kentucky Obamacare a Disaster
The idea being put forth that Kentucky is a success for Obamacare is one that can't be backed up by facts, as the only metric being used assert success is the number of people signing up and the exchange itself is running fairly well. When you think of it though, so what? It's the law that people have to sign up, so the idea that some people are signing up, albeit only a small percentage, can't be taken too seriously. All it means is the other exchanges around the United States are a disaster in comparison.
Where the disaster comes in is in regard to the approximate 280,000 residents of Kentucky who will lose their existing health insurance because of this disastrous health plan, even though Obama said it wasn't going to happen in large numbers.
According to Kentucky officials, around 130,000 individuals will lose their insurance and another 150,000 residents of Kentucky that are part of a small group policy will have their insurance canceled.
It's incredible that Democratic President Obama promised people this wouldn't happened, yet it is happening in such large numbers. Kentucky Democratic Governor Steve Beshear should be ashamed of himself for supporting Obamacare so strongly while the people of Kentucky suffer because of it. It's another of a growing number of reasons to vote Democrats out in the next election, including Alison Lundergan Grimes, who is running to represent the people of Kentucky in the Senate.
Her connection to Hollywood elites, who don't represent the values of the people of Kentucky, and Obama and the Democratic Party, point to her being out of touch with the the average person.
Kentucky Obamacare is already infuriating thousands of Kentucky residents, as they are forced to take on new insurance policies and drop their old policies. I guess this is what Obama, Beshear, Grimes, and Democrats consider success.

Beshear's Kentucky Economy Worsens
Kentucky Democratic Governor Steve Beshear didn't receive welcome news, as the Kentucky economy worsened in May, as the unemployment rate jumped to 8.1 percent from 7.9 percent in April, according to the Kentucky Education and Workforce Cabinet’s Office of Employment and Training.
The U.S. economy also worsened in May, as unemployment climbed from 7.5 percent to 7.6 percent.
Kentucky Democrats are getting increasingly nervous about the weak economy and ties they have with Obama, as people are tired of the liberals and their attempt to force their ways and beliefs on other via legislation.
Refusing to cut back on government spending is one of those failures of Beshear and the Democrats in Kentucky, and we need to be determined to vote out the Democrats in order to get those that truly represent the values of the majority of people in Kentucky.

Kentucky Democrat Operative Admits to Secret Recording of Private Mitch McConnell Meeting
Kentucky Democratic operative Curtis Morrison, who worked with the unethical, liberal group Progress Kentucky, admitted in an article he wrote for Salon.com, that he did in fact illegally, secretly record a meeting between Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and his aides.
Next Friday a grand jury will convene to consider whether or not to allow charges to be brought against Morrison, according to Morrison's attorney.
Since it is illegal under federal and Kentucky state law to electronically record someone without their knowledge, specifically if those recording it aren't part of the conversation, it's almost a surety that charges will be filed against Morrison and approved by the grand jury.
Also as part of his article, Morrison confessed that he was the on that gave the recording to Mother Jones magazine, which released the audio transcript online. As long as they weren't part of illegally getting the recording, a company like Mother Jones may release the information.
McConnell asked the FBI to investigate how the recording had been made.
Don't get the idea that this Kentucky Democrat is contrite, he concludes this: "It was a frustrating moment, but in truth, I’ve never doubted that making the recording was ethical. I believe in the philosophy of Julian Assange: When we open up governments, we bring in freedom. Helping the voting population better understand a political leader’s true priorities is a good thing. And hell yes, it’s ethical."
This is of course hypocritical to the core. He isn't about freedom in the way Julian Assange was, he is about selective freedom, i.e., attacking conservatives and Republicans. I haven't seen anything about liberals and Democrats coming out of Morrison's disturbed mind.
More troubling, the failing ethics of the Democratic Party, not only nationally, but in Kentucky, is stirring up a growing number of people to be sure to vote them out of office next election.
One of the worst was when Democrat Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear said Christians were dangerous, as he vetoed the religious freedom bill, which weakens the ability of government to force Christians to do things against their will. Kentucky lawmakers had to override the bill in order to keep it as law in the state.
We are starting to see the true colors of the Democrats, who act in line with conservative and Christian values until they get a majority in power. You can see what that has brought us with the corrupt and dictatorial, anti-Christian Obama administration.
Let's send a message to Kentucky democrats that they better adhere to conservative principles, although that's hard to do when they represent a party that legalizes the murder of babies, homosexual everything, and isn't afraid to do anything to obtain and remain in power. The only message they understand is to vote them out of office.
As for Morrison, let him spend some time behind bars to contemplate on his wrongdoings. He definitely needs help.

Rand Paul, Mitch McConnell Blast IRS Over Scandal
Service (IRS) of corruption within its ranks, as it targeted conservative groups during the last presidential election.
Kentucky's junior senator, Republican Rand Paul, and senior senator, U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, called for an investigation into the outrage as well as transparency from the administration.
McConnell said this:
“Over the past few days we’ve heard many in the media talk about how this has been a ‘rough week’ for the Administration. It’s been a worse week for those who cherish the First Amendment.
“On Friday, we learned that, just as we'd been told by our constituents, the IRS deliberately targeted conservative groups across the country in the midst of a heated national election.
“Over the weekend, we learned that the extent of it was even broader than we originally thought. Then this morning, we all learned that the targeting wasn’t limited to an IRS office out in Cincinnati — as the Administration suggested last week — but that it reached all the way to IRS headquarters in Washington.
“What we don’t know at this point is whether it jumped the fence from the IRS to the White House. But we do know this: we can’t count on the administration to be forthcoming about the details of this scandal — because so far they’ve been anything but.
“So, this morning, I’m calling on the President to make available, completely and without restriction, everyone who can answer the questions we have as to what was going on at the IRS, who knew about it, and how high it went. No stonewalling, no more incomplete answers, no more misleading responses, no holding back witnesses, no matter how senior their current or former positions — we need full transparency and cooperation.
“The American people deserve answers.
“The activities that the IRS has now owned up to, and that were uncovered by their Inspector General, are an outrage.
“We now know that the IRS targeted groups for using such terminology as — get this — ‘we the people,’ and for educating folks about the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
“I mean, you can’t make this stuff up."
Paul addressed the outrageous violation of the constitution by the IRS:
"The IRS has been using taxing power as a political tool to bully these conservative groups and this type of intimidation is a major violation of our U.S. Constitution," Sen. Paul said. "This act of discrimination should not be tolerated and I demand a formal investigation seeking criminal charges against any individuals who authorized or were involved in targeting people of the United States based on their political views."
"The president has deemed this inexcusable, yet actions speak louder than words. It is time for President Obama and his Administration to act and it is our duty as Americans to hold them accountable.
Claiming to be among the first to be targeted by the IRS, conservative activist Eric Wilson of Georgetown, Kentucky, said he's not willing to accept the apology of the IRS.
According to Wilson, the IRS "was outside the bounds," asking for personal information from families of the board members of Kentucky 9/12 Project, which was seeking 501(c)(4) status for the organization. Wilson said they also wanted information on donors and members of the group.
The corruption of the Democratic Party is deepening, as the arrogance of its members against conservatives has gone far beyond decency and legality. This is why we must watch the Democrats in Kentucky closely from now on, as even Governor Steve Beshear, a Democrat, has said Christians are a threat to the state, as he vetoed the religious freedom bill.
It's far past time for the people of Kentucky to purge the state of the infestation of Democrats and their corruption.

Kentucky Medicaid to Soar in Coverage
The size of Kentucky's Medicaid program is poised to soar by about 308,000 of additional coverage for citizens, who are forced to get coverage under Obamacare. Over 800,000 low-income residents of Kentucky are already part of the program.
Tea party activist David Adams said he believes the move will end up with additional government waste.
"Medicaid provides little more than large opportunities in health care fraud and inefficiency for politicians who can't do math."
Typically, Democratic Governor Steve Beshear was falling all over himself praising the initiative.
"I have repeatedly said that I believe it is in the best interest of the Commonwealth and its citizens to provide better access to health care for our people. My only concern was the cost. We have now done the exhaustive research and our conclusion matched what most others states have found: by expanding Medicaid, Kentucky will come out ahead in terms of both health outcomes and finances. In fact, if we don't expand Medicaid, we will lose money."
Obamacare has already soared far beyond its projected costs, so we'll see in a relatively short few years how much it'll drag on the economy of Kentucky.

Kentucky Seeks Dismissal of Lawsuit challenging Legality of Health Benefits Exchange
Democratic Governor Steve Beshear to set up the Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange.
Tea Party activist David Adams and others filed the lawsuit, which alleges Beshear didn't take the required action of getting legislative approval. Beshear simply approved of the exchange by executive order, similar to his leader Obama.
State attorneys claim the lawsuit has no legal standing to go forward.
Beshear ordered the so-called Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange to be created, which forces over 600,000 uninsured residents of Kentucky to get health coverage under Obamacare.
Via the lawsuit, Adams has asked the judge to order a cease and desist on the building out of the exchange.

Does McConnell Bugging Show Kentucky Democrats Losing it?
There is a disturbing trend in the Kentucky Democratic Party that voters in the commonwealth need to look closely at, the latest being the bugging recording of the private conversation between Senator Mitch McConnell and aides as they planned how to respond to an Ashley Judd run if she opposed McConnell.
According to Jacob Conway, who had had the information about thebugging recording - having been told by two Democrat, liberal extremists from Progress Kentucky that they had secretly recorded the meeting - he came forward because "he didn't want the situation tarnishing the Democratic Party."
Too late Jacob, you and the Democratic Party in Kentucky are totally tarnished by this because you knew this information for some time, and only chose to release it when you saw the letters FBI associated with an investigation. You knew you would be pointed out as having received the information, which could have, and still may lead to, criminal charges.
After all, why did Democrat Jacob Conway not immediately expose this in order to "protect" the integrity of the Kentucky Democratic Party? His sudden concern is only self-interest ... probably as a result of being pressured by those in the Democratic Party whom saw where it would and will lead.
When added to the support many in the Kentucky Democratic Party had for Ashley Judd, including Democrat Governor Steve Beshear, who had no problem asserting she would be a formidable foe for McConnell, which as her dropping out of the race revealed, wasn't true at all. National Democrats attempted to force Judd on the people of Kentucky, with many Kentucky Democrats lining up as puppets to their national masters in support of Judd.
It was only after the realization she would get slaughtered by McConnell, which would result in state Democrats getting crushed in the next election, that they started backing off supporting the Hollywood liberal.
This is a trend in the Kentucky Democratic Party, as Beshear recently called the Christians in Kentucky dangerous over the freedom of religion bill he vetoed, but which was overridden by the Kentucky House and Senate.
The point is Democrats in Kentucky appear to be hiding their true beliefs until they manipulate the people of Kentucky into considering them representative of their values, which it is increasingly being revealed - they aren't.
As for thebugging recording of McConnell, Jacob Conway said he used to be friends with Shawn Reilly and Curtis Morrison, the two from Progress Kentucky who revealed to Conway they had bugged recorded McConnell and his aides secretly.
Why are they now being identified as former friends by Conway? When did the relationship between them end, and why? Was it when Conway realized he could be in big trouble? Why did Conway and the Democratic Party wait until they were caught before they let the information about this scandal be known?
Are we to believe Conway kept this secret and to himself; not telling anyone in the Kentucky Democratic Party about the breach in ethics? There is no doubt some in the Democratic Party knew about this besides Conway, and it'll be very interesting to see where the FBI may take the investigation.
I say this because there can be no doubt Conway was pressured by someone in the Democratic Party to come clean with the information so it wouldn't be traced back to the party. Otherwise he would have did nothing.
Again, there could be some self-interest here, as mentioned earlier concerning the FBI being called upon to investigate the situation. Nonetheless it's a surety Conway sought advice before going public with the revelation.

It's troubling to see this face of the Kentucky Democratic Party being revealed and uncovered, and the people of Kentucky need to seriously send the Democrats a message in the next election that we're not liberals; we're not supportive of unauthorized bugging or taping of private conversations; and we're not a bunch of crazies because many of us follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.

You knew you would be pointed out as having received the information, which could have, and still may lead to, criminal charges.
After all, why did Democrat Jacob Conway not immediately expose this in order to "protect" the integrity of the Kentucky Democratic Party? His sudden concern is only self-interest ... probably as a result of being pressured by those in the Democratic Party whom saw where it would and will lead.
When added to the support many in the Kentucky Democratic Party had for Ashley Judd, including Democrat Governor Steve Beshear, who had no problem asserting she would be a formidable foe for McConnell, which as her dropping out of the race revealed, wasn't true at all. National Democrats attempted to force Judd on the people of Kentucky, with many Kentucky Democrats lining up as puppets to their national masters in support of Judd.
It was only after the realization she would get slaughtered by McConnell, which would result in state Democrats getting crushed in the next election, that they started backing off supporting the Hollywood liberal.
This is a trend in the Kentucky Democratic Party, as Beshear recently called the Christians in Kentucky dangerous over the freedom of religion bill he vetoed, but which was overridden by the Kentucky House and Senate.
The point is Democrats in Kentucky appear to be hiding their true beliefs until they manipulate the people of Kentucky into considering them representative of their values, which it is increasingly being revealed - they aren't.
As for the
Why are they now being identified as former friends by Conway? When did the relationship between them end, and why? Was it when Conway realized he could be in big trouble? Why did Conway and the Democratic Party wait until they were caught before they let the information about this scandal be known?
Are we to believe Conway kept this secret and to himself; not telling anyone in the Kentucky Democratic Party about the breach in ethics? There is no doubt some in the Democratic Party knew about this besides Conway, and it'll be very interesting to see where the FBI may take the investigation.
I say this because there can be no doubt Conway was pressured by someone in the Democratic Party to come clean with the information so it wouldn't be traced back to the party. Otherwise he would have did nothing.
Again, there could be some self-interest here, as mentioned earlier concerning the FBI being called upon to investigate the situation. Nonetheless it's a surety Conway sought advice before going public with the revelation.

Lawsuit Challenges Ky. Health Exchange
Saying Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear created the Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange without the approval of the state legislature, Tea Party activist David Adams of Nicholasville filed a lawsuit challenging the legality of the exchange.
Adams is asking a judge to order the development of the exchange to be stopped.
According to Beshear spokeswoman Kerri Richardson, he "exercised the constitutional authority afforded the office" to begin the development of the exchange.
"The Affordable Care Act is the law of the land," Richardson said. "There are hard deadlines that the state must meet in order to not only comply with the law, but also to ensure that the state runs its own health benefits exchange, not the federal government."
Those considering themselves tea party proponents have criticized Beshear for his willingness to create the health exchange, saying taxpayers will have to foot the bill for what is considered another government department that is not necessary.
Initial costs to set up the health exchange in Kentucky are covered by Federal grants, but starting in 2015, Kentucky will be required to pay for the funding of the exchange.
People uninsured in Kentucky will be forced to begin enrolling in the exchange on October 1, with the exchange launching operations on January 1, 2014.

Ky. Lawmakers Slap Down Beshear's Veto Against Religious Freedom
Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear got a sound rebuke from the Democratic-controlled House and Republican-controlled Senate, which both overwhelmingly overrode the veto of the Governor concerning the religious freedom bill.
One thing the people of Kentucky need to understand is when you get a Democrat in power, they'll strike out against the faith community, as Beshear did. Even some Democrats of principle who opposed Obamacare were strong-armed into signing on to the legislation, which either cost them in the next election or they refused to run again, knowing they would lose in a landslide.
We in Kentucky need to take a much more critical look at Democrats in the state, as they are increasingly revealing a strong liberal bent which Kentuckians need to vote against.
When Beshear said Christian religious freedom was a threat to the Commonwealth, we saw, possibly for the first time, the outright antagonism he and the Democratic Party have for people of faith in Kentucky.
The arrogant Beshear refused to back down though, confirming the above concerns, saying, "As I explained in my veto message, I have significant concerns that this bill will cause serious unintentional consequences that could threaten public safety, health care, and individuals' civil rights."

Beshear Says Christians are a Threat to State
In an outrageous attack on Biblical Christianity, Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear vetoed a bill strongly supported by the vast majority of the people of Kentucky, which would have given Christians and other religious groups stronger protections.
The legislation would protect "sincerely held religious beliefs" from being infringed unless there is "a compelling governmental interest."
Beshear sided with homosexuals and others partaking in deviant behavior, along with the anti-Christian American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky. It's a page right out of Obama's political playbook, who is apparently Beshear's mentor and hero.
Here's what Beshear said after pretending he valued religious freedom: "... I have significant concerns that this bill will cause serious unintentional consequences that could threaten public safety, health care, and individuals' civil rights."
Let's put this in the right light. Beshear is saying he's siding with the anti-Christian forces against the Christians of Kentucky, worrying more about the immoral practitioners of sin forbidden by the God of the Bible.
What he basically said was Christian protections threaten "threaten public safety, health care, and individuals' civil rights." Listen to what this thug says: Jesus Christ and His people are a threat to public safety, health care, and the rights of those flaunting their sins in the face of Almighty God who most of the people of Kentucky believe in. Who does Beshear think he is?
Republicans and Democrats in Kentucky strongly supported the bill, as do the vast majority of the people of Kentucky.
The Family Foundation spokesman, Martin Cothran, said Beshear's veto was sad news in such a strong Christian state.
This puts churches around the commonwealth of Kentucky on notice that the First Amendment religious freedoms they thought their government respected may now be negotiable. We just hope elected lawmakers in the Legislature will act quickly to correct the governor's action. We think they will.
Democratic Rep. Bob Damron of Nicholasville, who sponsored the bill, said it won't make a profound change in the state, contrary to the histrionics and exaggerations of opponents to Christianity.
But it does reinforce that somebody's basic right of religious expression is paramount and the government has to have a compelling interest to override that.
This is exactly what the Bible teaches, and every government in the world is expected to comply with the rights the followers of Jesus Christ have in worshipping and practicing their faith.
Damron and others are ready to override the veto, and are preparing to do that before the legislative session closes next week.
As for Beshear, this will be considered the defining moment of his Governorship, and now he needs to be removed by the voters of the state for his refusal to acknowledge the God-given rights of Christian believers, as well as other the rights of others with different religious beliefs.
Remember Beshear's attack on the people of God next election cycle. Let it be a big statement to those who refuse to acknowledge that Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords, and not wannabees like Beshear and other Democrats like him.
It's unbelievable that Beshear would veto a religious freedom bill, pointing to his belief that he is above the will of God and Jesus Christ His son.
Beshear did the usual song-and-dance about how he respects religious rights, but his actions confirm that he in reality doesn't. It's not what a person says, but what he does that reveal his true beliefs. Governor Beshear, now we know who you are, and you need to be removed from office for your arrogance and opposition to the Christian faith.

Let's Hope Ashley Judd Runs Against McConnell for Senate Seat
The more people in Kentucky think about Ashley Judd running against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, the more they are getting nervous if they're Democrats, and the more they're rejoicing if they're Republicans.
Even when her own mother and sister talk about Ashley, there is no love lost between them, and the allegations made by Judd against her mother especially points to an extremely flawed individual that would garner no sympathy at all from the majority of Kentucky voters she is not only in conflict with as far as values, but acts as if she is superior to in her comments about them and their work in the state.
For Democrats in Kentucky, some at first started salivating over the prospect of a Judd run against McConnell, because he's considered vulnerable against the right candidate. But as people examine Judd and her extreme comments, Democrats are starting to squirm because they see the complete disaster that Judd will be for them, as the national party, which is totally out of step with the people of Kentucky and their values, is pushing to make her the candidate they think can unseat McConnell.
That's a delusion generated from their sheltered existence in Washington, where they can't see anywhere in the country that wouldn't kneel to their wisdom and insight. In regard to Kentucky, there is such a wide chasm between someone like Judd and the people, that even committed, conservative Democrats would not vote for her. The national Democrats simply don't see how terrible she is viewed by Kentuckians.
It's worse than that though. The Kentucky Democrats will be strongly pressured to back Judd if she decides to run, and the party will be painted with her views, as well as Obama's, which will set the Kentucky Democratic Party back for years.
That election it would be a slaughter by the Republicans, who would get the vote in a way they haven't for some time in the state across numerous counties that have went Democrats' way recently.
The bottom line is the Senate race would be a national election, and there is no way a liberal like Judd could ever win in Kentucky.
We could even see a big rift in the Democratic Party of Kentucky because many of its leaders currently in office know they would be in extreme danger of being painted with the attributes of Judd, something many of them won't be able to escape.
Republicans on the other hand are more than hoping Judd will enter the race, as it's one of those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities that can change history.
The question is if the national Democrats will give this terrific gift to the Republicans or not. If they do, it'll be extremely difficult for many Democrats to back her, and will be extremely interesting to see how they respond.
No doubt this is great theater that will be played out on the national level. This is what terrifies Kentucky Democrats ... and it should. Once it starts to be covered in the mainstream media, there is no backing out.

To that end the new law would protect religious individuals and groups by making it harder for the state to arbitrarily act against its citizens who object to regulations interfering with legitimate beliefs.
It says the "government shall not burden a person's freedom of religion" and that the burden must be "substantial" if is to be allowed to do so. Going further, it also protects the right for people to reject these intrusions based upon religious beliefs.
Opponents of the bill are of course those that have been persecuting Christians in America and the states, who now see they won't be able to manipulate the courts to legally force their lifestyles and beliefs on religious people.
This is definitely an outstanding forward step to protect the freedoms of religious people in Kentucky, and needs to be quickly signed into law by Governor Beshear.

Ashley Judd, Beshear, and "Raping" of Mountains by Kentucky Coal Miners
It's bizarre to see Kentucky Democratic Governor Steve Beshear cuddle up to anti-Kentucky, Hollywood elitist liberal Ashley Judd, who represents everything Kentucky isn't. Doesn't he know the consequences of what appears to be his growing support for this extremist?
Below is an example of this fanatic equating the coal miners of Kentucky as rapists because they're moving some rock off the mountains to get at the coal God placed there. Godless people like Judd don't understand the "earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof," so the false idea that the earth is our mother is an attack on Christianity, which says New Jerusalem is our mother, and she is in the heavenlies.
Anyone calling mining rape is a candidate for needed counselling. At least her mother and sister are getting that help. She needs to join them or forever remain in denial of her deep emotional problems.
Think of it. She is an outrageous supporter of Planned Parenthood, which has its roots squarely in the racist vision of Margaret Sanger, who pushed murderous abortions as a way to control the population of black Americans, among others.
Maybe that's why radical liberal groups such as Progress Kentucky support Judd, as it has attacked the ethnicity of the wife of Mitch McConnell, who is Asian. The historical racists in America have always primarily been Democrats, as history totally confirms.
So Judd doesn't mind the butchering of babies in the womb, but loses sleep during the night over moving around of rock and dirt on Kentucky mountains.
Also extremely fishy and something Judd hasn't been called out on is why her husband left her right before she made it known she is serious about making a run for the Senate seat held by McConnell. It appears she was going to have it her way or nothing. That kind of fanaticism and hunger for power is dangerous; something radicals like Obama live for.
Finally, Judd isn't even a resident of Kentucky, as she resides in Tennessee, but wants to force herself on Kentucky by re-establishing residency after years of being absent.
It also seems there is growing pressure from national, radical liberal Democrats for the Democrats of Kentucky to toe the line, hold their noses, and get out of the way of a Ashley Judd run if that's what the spoiled little child wants.
Even the comments made by those outside of Kentucky show there is little real understanding of the people living here and their conservative values. Ashley Judd is a slap in the face of those values, and must and will be soundly rejected by people in the state if she chooses to run for public office.
Democrats in Kentucky know they need to keep their distance from Judd, as when and if she runs, and when she is soundly defeated, the wrath of the voters in the Commonwealth will turn upon the cowardly Democrats who offered her aid and comfort.

Beshear Going to Bed with Judd?
Judd isn't simply a liberal, she's radical to the core, and has backed Obama in almost everything he has done.
So when Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear said she would be "an effective and formidable" challenger to Republican U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell, you know forces outside of Kentucky are pressing the Kentucky Democratic party to line up behind this potential candidate.
We'll make Beshear and the Democrats pay in the next election if they don't have the courage to stand up against the outrageous Obama political machine, which uses strong-arm tactics to get its way, as it has when Obama was in Chicago. We don't and won't have Chicago politics in Kentucky, and that's what someone like Judd represents.
Look already at how the Democrats of Kentucky have backpedaled of the despicable Judd. Initially they were all running from her with the exception of a couple of Democrats residing in safe, liberal Kentucky strongholds.
Democrats of Kentucky know if Judd runs, and after she is defeated, that there will be huge payback for supporting her. So when Beshear offers support for Judd, you know his national masters are starting to pull his strings.
This is not good for Kentucky, and we need to let Beshear know we won't have a non-Kentucky resident take up residence for the purpose of running for the Senate.
While it may be legal if Judd takes up residence in Kentucky again, it shows the obsession a radical liberal like her has. Remember when Hillary Clinton did the same when she moved from Arkansas to New York?
So let your representatives know we have no interest in this type of person who is opposed to most of what we stand for to represent us. If they don't resist this encroachment on the people of Kentucky, we'll vote in those that will.

Kentucky House Panel Democrats Vote for Death Again
When you look at the most vulnerable citizens of Kentucky, living babies in the womb of their mothers, and the fact that the Democratic Party of Kentucky refuses to allow women to receive more information to make such a life-ending decision, it's among the worst forms of child abuse; and worse that it's state-sanctioned child abuse and murder.
As Rep. Robert Benvenuti, R-Lexington, said, even if you're a proponent of abortion, the idea of not allowing women to receive the most accurate information available to them is ludicrous. He also notes that abortion is the only so-called medical procedure in Kentucky that doesn't involve informed consent.
Here's how the House Democrats voted against all attempts to limit abortion. They voted against House Bill 23, which would prohibit insurance plans on the health benefit exchange to pay for abortions. Also defeated was House Bill 251, which would require doctors who work in abortion clinics to have local hospital privileges and be board certified; House Bill 132, which would prohibit abortions if a fetal heart beat is detected; and House Bill 412, which would ban abortions earlier than 20 weeks, among other related issues.
Especially troubling is the Obama tactics being implemented by Kentucky Democrats concerning House Bill 23. Governor Beshear has stated that the health benefit exchange would not cover abortions. For these Democrats to vote for the exchange to pay for abortions is a revelation of their hatred of life and inability to be trusted. I wonder what Beshear will say about this?
It also gives a glimpse into the horror that is Ashley Judd, who makes many of these Democrats look like staunch conservatives.
Kentucky residents need to start voting the untrustworthy Democrats out until they start respecting life and the values of the majority of Kentucky residents.
