An unsung hero saved a Louisville wrestling coach and his two sons after a crash with two tractor-trailers which resulted in the SUV he was driving bursting into flames.
A car behind them stopped and the person in it attempted to put the flames out with snow. There wasn't enough snow on the ground to do the job and so she took some gatorade and poured it on the flames, dousing them.
The recipient of the action was Fern Creek coach Jeff Branch, who slammed into the trucks after losing control on Interstate 64 close to Frankfort. He suffered a broken nose while his two sons were treated and released.
