Teacher from Kentucky Murdered in Chile

The body of 22-year-old Erica Faith Hagan was discovered in her apartment in Chile on Saturday,
with the assumption she had been murdered sometime on Friday.

She was found in her bathtub with several wounds to her head, presumably from a blunt object.

Hagan had graduated from Georgetown College and decided to travel to Chile after partaking in a mission trip there earlier. Her murder took place on the campus of Colegio Bautista of Temuco.

After being notified of her death, her family is flying out to Chile. Officials from Chile have not released any information on the case at this time.

Georgetown College will have a memorial service for Hagan this week.

Kentucky Man Murders Cancer-Ridden Wife

 

There are a growing number of murders that allege the person doing the killing was asked to by a
suffering spouse or loved one. The problem is there is no way of knowing if that was the reason for the killing or not.

That's the case with Ernest Chumbley, who shot his wife to death after saying she asked him to because of pain associated with breast cancer.

Chumbley and all other performing these murders need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If this pattern and trend isn't stopped, anyone wanting to end the life of someone that happens to be suffering, can do so with little or no fear of suffering the consequences.

Think of the reasons for wanting to kill someone. It could be anger from a past wrong; irritation over having to go through the suffering of the person in question; even possible insurance policies or a big estate could be the reasons.

Considering these possibilities and more, it makes no sense to allow someone to kill a person, attempt to describe it as a mercy killing, and then expect to be considered innocent of a crime.

Chumbley claims he was just doing what his wife asked him to. But what if she had asked him to go shoot the neighbor? Would he have obediently proceeded with her demand?

No one has the right to play God. And when someone is suffering we can pray, encourage and do everything we can to ensure it is as limited as possible.

To allow this dangerous precedent to go forward can result in so much mischief, it would basically give people permission to murder. All they need is for someone to be sick who allegedly asks them to kill them.

How come most of these murders are done when it's only two people involved? Why aren't there ever any witnesses to testify to the facts of the event?

There is no such thing as a mercy killing. It's murder. And if it isn't brought to justice in this life, it will be when the murderer faces almighty God.

You can see where this is going. The media reports these types of murders as mercy killings in order to eventually press for euthanasia as an alternative to these private murders.

Killer Lesbian Has No Respect for Kentucky Constitution

A murderous lesbian named Bobbie Joe Clary is attempting to reject Kentucky law by claiming Vermont law supersedes Kentucky law because she and her lesbian partner Geneva Case had a civil union ceremony in Vermont, and so should be considered a married couple in Kentucky. The importance of that is Clary was heard by Case to admit she had murdered George Murphy of Portland during a robbery, and is now attempting to not have to testify against here, invoking the non-existent "Husband-Wife" privilege under Kentucky state law.

It's not existent because it only pertains to real marriages between one man and one woman, the only marriage recognized by Jesus Christ.

Clary claims she killed Murphy in self defense in response to him allegedly trying to rape her. She hit the 64-year-old man in the head with a hammer, ending his life.

It's definitely odd that she would clean blood out the van of a man that had attempted to rape here. You would think she would have reported it to police as evidence. Case heard Clary admit the murder, but now is attempting to not have to testify against her in a trial.

For some reason this has now turned into a circus, with it being not the case of a murder, but some outrageous attempt to turn it into whether or not Vermont law supersedes Kentucky law. It doesn't, and this should quickly be brushed aside so the trial can go on unhindered to give the murdered man justice.

It's sickening to see a murdered man's search for justice turned into whether or not Kentucky must recognize homosexual civil unions or marriages.

The answer is Kentucky doesn't because the people have spoken. The only marriage allowable and recognized under Kentucky law is that between one man and one woman. To be forced to recognize a same-sex marriage from another state is nothing more than an attempt to use this tragic murder as an excuse to force homosexual marriage to be legally recognized in the state, as all any homosexual would have to do is get married in a state that allows it and then come back to Kentucky, forcing the state to recognize it as a marriage.

The Kentucky constitution says this: "only a marriage between one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage."

Clary's attorneys Angela Elleman Michael Ferraraccio argued in a motion. "Kentucky apparently recognizes that convicted felons have a protected right to marry, yet law-abiding homosexuals are denied legal recognition of their marriage."

Since when did a murderer suddenly become a law-abiding homosexual. But they aren't law-abiding, because beyond the murder and covering it up, they're attempting to trample on the constitution of Kentucky, which rejects totally and completely any type of homosexual union. 

The state Court of Appeals made a ruling in 2008 saying that people in a same sex relationship do not have the privileges and protections of marriage, calling it a "legal fiction" to give "equal protection, equal rights, to gay couples."

Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Susan Schultz Gibson has set a July 30 hearing date to address the issue. 

What's there to rule on. The court already made the decision, and there is no confusion or uncertainty as to what it means.

Pastor Reflects on Life of Slain Bardstown Officer

The death of Bardstown police officer Jason Ellis still has the community and fellow officers in
shock, as after responding to what was thought to be an accident involving a police officer, the first officer to the scene found Ellis had been murdered, dying from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the coroner's office.

Speculation at this time is Ellis had stopped to move debris on the way home from his shift, and was ambushed. When his body was discovered his firearm was still in his holster.

Based upon the trajectory of the bullets, it is assumed the shooter was positioned above the exit 34 ramp of the Bluegrass Parkway.

Ellis' Pastor,  Brent Snook of First Baptist Church of Glen Este, said this:

“I was very close to Jason. In 25 years, he as one of the kids that grew up in the church. He was a good friend of my oldest daughter. He was just very close to me. I just loved the guy. He was the kind of guy that everybody liked.”

Alluding to his love of baseball, having played minor league ball for the Cincinnati Reds, Brent recalled Ellis' love for baseball, integrity, and strong faith in Jesus Christ.

Ellis is survived by wife and two sons.

At this time there have been no witnesses who have come forward, and no arrests have been made.

Documentary on Kermit Gosnell's Abortion Clinic

 

The murderous and butcherous abortion factory of Kermit Gosnell is exposed and given further light
in this documentary on what was going on behind closed doors in Philadelphia.

Not only was the clinic filthy when examined, but it had severed parts of bodies in jars, along with medical waste bags lying around everywhere in the facility.

Many of the abortions at the clinic were late-term abortions, with a number of them being performed illegally.

Gosnell has been charged with eight counts of murder in the case, with one being an adult woman. Seven babies that had been born alive were murdered by abortion practitioners at the clinic.

Reports are the babies were essentially beheaded by having their spinal chords severed at the neck.

If you want to see what a killing monster looks like, see the photo here of Kermit Goswell, who has
been charged with the murder of seven babies that were allegedly born alive, along with the murder of a female patient.

What this animal and his staff did was to induce at least seven women to prematurely give birth to babies, whereby the living infants then had their spinal cords slashed at the neck.

There were many other horrors taking place at this abortion mill, but those were among the worse.

Already eight former employees at the clinic have pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, while confirming many of the abominations going on at the facility.

All of this simply confirms what is going on daily in America and across the world, and whether or not the practices are similar to Goswell's or not, abortion is murder, and those performing the atrocious acts, along aiding those in this murderous industry, will face the wrath of almighty God some day if they don't repent and turn from the evil they did or cooperated with.

For supposed Christians that aided in the murder of the children their wombs, this applies to you as well as anyone.

There is no right for any woman to murder a baby, and a Christian woman's body is not her own to do with as she wants. The holy scriptures say Jesus Christ has bought us with His blood, "For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." (1 Cor. 6:20)

This leaves no question as to the fact that the bodies of Christian men and women belong to God, and we are not free to do with them what we want. We don't own them, Christ does.

So you can throw away the idea and justification of abortion based upon those grounds. Women are not allowed to do with their bodies what they want, and for those that have they need to deeply repent and turn from any evil they have participated in in regard to this.

This of course includes men who have pressured or supported women in this ongoing murderous holocaust.

Testifying against the baby butcher Kermit Gosnell, former worker Stephen Massof called the killing of the babies "literally a beheading, when describing the gruesome cutting of the spinal cords of babies, severing the head from the body.

Hopkinsville Woman's Death Being Treated as Murder

After being found in her apartment lying on the floor, Hopkinsville resident, 44-year-old Kathleen M. Davis' death was considered as natural causes until an autopsy was performed.

It was concluded afterwards that Davis was strangled, changing her death to a probable homicide as the cause.

Davis's body was discovered by a neighbor inside of a vacant apartment.

Initially a police report said there was a suspect in the case, but all data associated with that suspect has been redacted.

According to Hopkinsville Police spokesman Paul Ray, so far there have been no arrests in the case.

Civilian Employee Dead in Fort Knox Murder

An employee at Fort Knox was killed Wednesday at about 5:30 p.m., which resulted in the base
being locked down for an hour. Fort Knox Police received a 911 call close to 5:40, and were reportedly at the scene in minutes.

Investigators from the Army Criminal Investigation Command are on the scene, and CID spokesman Chris Grey said this in the statement: "Special Agents from the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command are investigating a personal incident and not a random act of violence."

FBI agents from Louisville were also sent to the scene of the crime.

The victim was shot in a parking lock outside of the Human Resources Command headquarters, and was a worker in human resources. He was transported by ambulance to Ireland Army Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to an Army statement.

A person of interest in the case is a black male about 5-feet, 9-inches tall. He is riding what is thought to be a black Yamaha motorcycle.

The name of the victim won't be released for 24 hours after notification of his family.

Update:

The victim of the murder is Lloyd R. Gibert, a 51-year-old resident of Elizabethtown, according to the Army.

Bodies of Missing Kentucky Couple Found

The bodies of a man and a woman were found on a Kentucky property, which are presumed to be those of Larry and Sandra Blanton, a couple who have been missing for over 6 months. The property the bodies were found on was that of the Blantons.

According to authorities, the bodies had been found buried approximately four feet underground in the same hole.

A tip led the police to check the property of the couple, and a Blood Hound Search and Rescue team got a couple of hits from the dogs, one of them near the barn where the bodies of the man and woman were found.

The location of the property was off of Pigeon Creek in Oil Springs.

While the Johnson County Sheriff Department believes the bodies found are those of Larry and Sandra, confirmation of that probability will have to wait after medical examiner makes a determination on the identities of the two bodies found.

That's because the condition of the bodies found was that of being significantly decomposed.

Persons of interest in the case since the disappearance of the couple have been their son Willie and his girlfriend Amanda Fannin.

Fort Knox Murder/Suicide Claims Lives of Soldier and Wife

Fort Knox experienced its first murder since 1993, as what appears to be a murder/suicide claimed the lives of a Fort Knox Soldier and his wife. There were two children at home at the time of the double shooting, although they weren't physically hurt in the incident.

Early assumptions are it was a domestic dispute which resulted in the deaths, although that remains to be confirmed.

Four military police officers heard gunshots coming from inside of the house as they arrived on the scene. A 911 call had been made from within the home, resulting in the response of the officers, according to authorities.

Upon entering the home, military police found the two victims, one was already dead and the second victim dies not long after the arrival of the police.

The policy is that the names of the victims won't be released until 24 hours after the notification of family.

As for the two children, they are now in custody of the Kentucky Department for Community Based Services.
