Rand Paul Considering Presidential Run in 2016

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul let it be known officially that he is seriously looking at running for
president in 2016, adding he won't make a decision before 2014.

Paul made the announcement at a breakfast hosted by The Christian Science Monitor.

Like his father former Texas Rep. Ron Paul, Rand wants to have a bigger voice and "larger microphone" on issues vital to Americans, so a presidential campaign would definitely provide him with a larger national voice.

The Senator will make trips to early voting states like Iowa and New Hampshire soon, and in the summer will travel to South Carolina to get a feel for the electorate and where the political winds may be blowing.

Rand Paul is one of the favorites of Tea Party voters.
