Mitch McConnell's Crushing Defeat of Liberal Grimes

Not only did Republican Mitch McConnell beat liberal Alison Lundergan Grimes, he destroyed her in a contest that had been spun in the media as up for grabs.

McConnell garnered 57 percent of the vote while Grimes was only able to get 40 percent. It calls into question the integrity and qualifications of those conducting these polls, as well as the accuracy and legitimacy of mainstream media outlets, which attempted to make this look like an upset in the making, all the way up to McConnell crushing Grimes.


It also calls attention to the fact that Grimes doesn't represent the people of Kentucky, and if she attempts to run for office in the future, we need to send her and the Democratic Party in Kentucky that we have no interest in liberals running for office.


Now that McConnell is majority leader, he needs to get aggressive and do the things Republicans and conservative Democrats and Independents voted him in for, which is to stand against the renegade Obama and his Democrat stooges.


We'll be watching him closely on Obamacare and illegal immigration to see what he does about it.

Alison Lundergan Grimes Secretly Opposes Coal Industry Says Staffers

In a blockbuster revelation that is sure to have implications on election day, Alison Lundergan Grimes, the Democratic candidate for the Kentucky Senate, running against incumbent Mitch McConnell, is believed by her staffers to be lying about here support for coal in order to win Kentucky voters over.


Conservative filmmaker James O'Keefe and his team caught Grimes' staff talking about the cynical support of coal, undercutting the attempt by Grimes to distance herself from the very unpopular Obama, who she is in fact in align with on many issues, including her support of abortion and gay marriage.


Kentucky voters need to vote against her and her fraudalent campaign. It would be a disaster to have this anti-Christian, anti-coal person representing the people of Kentucky in the Senate, when in fact she is in support of Obama and his disastrous policies which have torn apart and decimated the nation.

Grimes were both in attendance, revealed the huge problem Grimes has going forward, as a growing number of people understand the hypocrisy between the official teachings of the Catholic Church, and the decision by Catholics who are Democrats, to ignore them.

One sign said this: "Alison's dilemma ... be a devout Democrat or a real Catholic."

Democrats who are Catholics have increasingly flaunted and ignored official Catholic teachings, while parading in front of voters as if they have some type of moral superiority.

Grimes is definitely one of these Catholics in name only, and rejects in many ways the core teachings of the Church; one of which is opposition to gay marriage, which Grimes has stated she totally supports.

It of course rejects all true Christians and Christian churches, which overwhelmingly oppose the sin of homosexuality and gay marriage.

The reality is Grimes is just another Obama robot ready to do her master's bidding, no matter what the people of Kentucky want.  

Grimes is a big government Democrat, as evidenced by her ridiculous accusation against McConnell for opposing a so-called fair wage bill for women, which was simply a bill introduced for the purpose of being used against Republicans during the next elections, because of the out-of-control Democrats and presidency, which operates as if it were a monarchy instead of being a representative government.

Her answer to everything is more government intrusion into our lives. Everything is about taking money from the productive and redistributing it to those that haven't earned it.

She is just another anti-Christian, big government liberal who believes government is God, and not Jesus Christ.

A vote for Grimes is a vote for Obama, no matter how it is spun. She's just an extension of who he is.

Grimes and Racist Democrat Attack on Mitch McConnell's Wife

Alison Lundergan Grimes has been conspicuously silent concerning the racist attack by Democratic operative
Kathy Groob, after Mitch McConnell proudly mentioned that his wife, Elaine Chao, is the only woman from Kentucky to have served in a president's cabinet. That was a reference to her being the U.S. Labor Secretary under George W. Bush.

Groob tweeted this: "Hey Mitch, nothing against your wife and spouses should be off limits; since you mentioned, She isn't from KY, she is Asian."

The idea that a woman isn't considered as being a person from Kentucky because of her ethnicity, is a continuation of the innate racist tendencies of the Democratic Party, which supported slavery for so long.

Grimes has yet to blast the statement made by Groob. The longer she waits to do so, if she ever does, the worst it will look for her; suggesting she wasn't opposed to the statement.

This is typical of the hypocrisy of Democratic leaders across the nation. The people of Kentucky can't send this type of person to Washington to represent them in the Senate.

Alison Lundergan Grimes: Obamacare's Lapdog

The extremely unpopular Obamacare law is under attack from senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell,
who is calling for a repeal of the costly health care law that the vast majority of Americans didn't want.

Only the outrageous attack and pressure of Obama on Democrats representing states and regions that didn't want the socialist law to be forced upon them brought the law into being.

Now that Mitch McConnell is calling for the repeal
of this disaster, Alison Lundergan Grimes has betrayed her real colors, as she uses the old idea that just because people in Kentucky are getting free health care, she opposes repealing the unworkable mandate.

Many people in Kentucky need to understand this is horrible for those that have to pay for their health care insurance, as costs will continue to rise because many young people refuse to sign up for it, which is the backbone of it being financially feasible in even a small way.

What Grimes and her socialist ilk don't tell you is the cost of health care for a majority of people is skyrocketing because they have to pay for others to get the care by having their premiums jump in price. This is also because Obamacare forces them to pay for health services they'll never use.

The first thing that must be done is to repeal Obamacare. That's the first and only step that needs to be considered. Everything else is speculation as to what happens next.

All this law is doing is causing hardships for working people.

McConnell has it right in saying once Obamacare is eradicated, at that time health insurance companies should be released to compete in all states without government interference. In that market atmosphere, prices would fall because of the intense competition for customers.

His opponent Grimes won't even say whether she would have voted for the unpopular law. She knows if she does, the people of Kentucky will quickly let her know at the ballot box.

The hardworking people of Kentucky need to closely watch how their lives are being affected by the higher cost of health care, and vote accordingly in the next election.

Grimes' unwillingness to tell the people of Kentucky how she would have voted, only underscores the fact she will do what her handlers from Obama tell her.

Wait until the time when your life or the life of your loved ones are on the life, and the death panels decide whether or not Obamacare will take care of you. Vote Grimes and the death party out of Kentucky.

McConnell Continues to Hammer Obamacare Disaster

While some attempt to make the attempt of Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell to blast the disastrous Obamacare initiative as a no-win situation, in truth it's a dynamic issue that is on the hearts and minds of the people of Kentucky, who are going to suffer from the extraordinary rise in insurance costs accompanying the law.

One misguided writer said this:

But Obamacare may not turn out to be the campaign issue that Senator McConnell hopes it will be. True, Kentuckians – like most Americans – disapprove of the Affordable Care Act. But they also live in a state where implementation of the ACA has been held up as a national model for its smooth roll out and easy interface with users. More than 1 in 10 residents is now covered by "kynect," the state-run exchange under the ACA.

The problem isn't how smoothly the state exchange was implemented; it has nothing to do with the disaster that Obamacare is. The disaster is the socialist health care law itself, which is suffocating hard-working Americans, who are paying far more than the Democrats, who are responsible for the bill, said it would.

There is also the growing long waits to get basic care, and the death panels that decide whether you're going to get care at all for some procedures.

When the election comes about in Kentucky for the Senate, Democrats and the inexperienced Alison Lundergan Grimes will have to give answers as to why they accepted Obamacare as a whole, and why the people of Kentucky are suffering as a result.

The soaring costs of medical coverage, along with the accompanying government oversight which results in it deciding who gets what type of coverage in specific cases, makes it an extremely unpopular law for those who actually make a living.

McConnell and the Republicans need to continue to hammer at this issue. It's one that the majority of the people of Kentucky oppose, as well as the majority of Americans.

Perry to Speak at Kentucky GOP Fundraiser

With the extremely unpopular Democratic President Barack Obama weighing on the party, it is good
news for the GOP in Kentucky. To add to Republican momentum in the state, Texas Gov. Rick Perry will visit Kentucky to headline a fundraiser at the Lincoln Reagan Dinner on March 15. The event will be held at Murray State University.

The hope and probability is that Republicans will take over the state House in 2014, as the debacle surrounding Obamacare, the attack on the coal industry, and the promotion of policies opposed by the majority of the electorate in Kentucky has the Democratic Party tottering, with little in the way of answers; especially when Democratic Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear continues to move almost lock-step with Obama on national policies.

It suggests the Democratic Party in Kentucky is in bed with Obama, which doesn't sit well the people of Kentucky.

Along with Perry, Kentucky senators Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell have also been invited to attend the event.

At this time the Kentucky House is controlled by the Democrats by a 54-46 majority. It is believed that will change next year, with the Republicans controlling the House and Senate after the 2014 elections.

Bevin Endorsed by Senate Conservatives Fund

Republican Matt Bevin, who is running against incumbent U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell to represent Kentucky, has received the endorsement of the Senate Conservatives Fund on Friday.

Executive director Matt Hoskins said this: "We have interviewed a lot of candidates this year and Matt Bevin is one of the very best. He's principled, passionate, and has Ted Cruz-like courage.”

The endorsement came after McConnell brokered a deal to reopen the government with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

Bevin said this about the deal: “When the stakes are highest, Mitch McConnell can always be counted on to sell out conservatives.”

On the timing of the endorsement, Hoskins said it was a coincidence, although the deal didn't help McConnell endear himself to the group which was founded by former Senator Jim DeMint.

Hoskins said, “McConnell's most recent betrayal of conservatives is certainly a reason to replace him, but it's not the only reason. He has a long record of siding with Democrats and supporting liberal policies.”

Of the approximate 70,000 members of the Senate Conservatives Fund, about 90 percent supported the idea of endorsing Bevin, said Hoskins.

Obama's Energy Policies Continue to Crush Kentucky

Democrat President Barack Obama's energy policies continue to have a negative impact on Kentucky, as coal producer James River announced it'll be laying off 525 full-time workers as a result of faltering coal markets.

According to data compiled by the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet, eastern Kentucky lost approximately 4,000 mining jobs in 2012.

Whether or not these mines will ever be restarted will be based upon market demand, said James River Coal.

Republican Mitch McConnell, the Senate Minority Leader, said in a written statement, "The President is leading a war on coal and what that really means for Kentucky families is a war on jobs."

Kentucky Secretary of State, Alison Lundergan Grimes, who is one of Obama's Democrats, attempted to distance herself from the policies of the president, calling his regulatory policies "overreaching," isn't believable, as she would have switched parties or run as an independent if she really felt that strongly about it.

Grimes and other Democrats need to be voted out of office in order to be sent a clear message that the people of Kentucky aren't going to embrace the radical, liberal, progressive agenda of Barack Obama, which doesn't represent the values of the people of Kentucky.

Kentucky Democrat Operative Admits to Secret Recording of Private Mitch McConnell Meeting

Kentucky Democratic operative Curtis Morrison, who worked with the unethical, liberal group
Progress Kentucky, admitted in an article he wrote for Salon.com, that he did in fact illegally, secretly record a meeting between Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and his aides.

Next Friday a grand jury will convene to consider whether or not to allow charges to be brought against Morrison, according to Morrison's attorney.

Since it is illegal under federal and Kentucky state law to electronically record someone without their knowledge, specifically if those recording it aren't part of the conversation, it's almost a surety that charges will be filed against Morrison and approved by the grand jury.

Also as part of his article, Morrison confessed that he was the on that gave the recording to Mother Jones magazine, which released the audio transcript online. As long as they weren't part of illegally getting the recording, a company like Mother Jones may release the information.

McConnell asked the FBI to investigate how the recording had been made.

Don't get the idea that this Kentucky Democrat is contrite, he concludes this: "It was a frustrating moment, but in truth, I’ve never doubted that making the recording was ethical. I believe in the philosophy of Julian Assange: When we open up governments, we bring in freedom. Helping the voting population better understand a political leader’s true priorities is a good thing. And hell yes, it’s ethical."

This is of course hypocritical to the core. He isn't about freedom in the way Julian Assange was, he is about selective freedom, i.e., attacking conservatives and Republicans. I haven't seen anything about liberals and Democrats coming out of Morrison's disturbed mind.

More troubling, the failing ethics of the Democratic Party, not only nationally, but in Kentucky, is stirring up a growing number of people to be sure to vote them out of office next election.

One of the worst was when Democrat Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear said Christians were dangerous, as he vetoed the religious freedom bill, which weakens the ability of government to force Christians to do things against their will. Kentucky lawmakers had to override the bill in order to keep it as law in the state.

We are starting to see the true colors of the Democrats, who act in line with conservative and Christian values until they get a majority in power. You can see what that has brought us with the corrupt and dictatorial, anti-Christian Obama administration.

Let's send a message to Kentucky democrats that they better adhere to conservative principles, although that's hard to do when they represent a party that legalizes the murder of babies, homosexual everything, and isn't afraid to do anything to obtain and remain in power. The only message they understand is to vote them out of office.

As for Morrison, let him spend some time behind bars to contemplate on his wrongdoings. He definitely needs help.

Rand Paul, Mitch McConnell Blast IRS Over Scandal

 

The Obama administration and Democrats are reeling after the admission by the Internal Revenue
Service (IRS) of corruption within its ranks, as it targeted conservative groups during the last presidential election.

Kentucky's junior senator, Republican Rand Paul, and senior senator, U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, called for an investigation into the outrage as well as transparency from the administration.

McConnell said this:

“Over the past few days we’ve heard many in the media talk about how this has been a ‘rough week’ for the Administration. It’s been a worse week for those who cherish the First Amendment.

“On Friday, we learned that, just as we'd been told by our constituents, the IRS deliberately targeted conservative groups across the country in the midst of a heated national election.

“Over the weekend, we learned that the extent of it was even broader than we originally thought. Then this morning, we all learned that the targeting wasn’t limited to an IRS office out in Cincinnati — as the Administration suggested last week — but that it reached all the way to IRS headquarters in Washington.

“What we don’t know at this point is whether it jumped the fence from the IRS to the White House. But we do know this: we can’t count on the administration to be forthcoming about the details of this scandal — because so far they’ve been anything but.

“So, this morning, I’m calling on the President to make available, completely and without restriction, everyone who can answer the questions we have as to what was going on at the IRS, who knew about it, and how high it went. No stonewalling, no more incomplete answers, no more misleading responses, no holding back witnesses, no matter how senior their current or former positions — we need full transparency and cooperation.

“The American people deserve answers.

“The activities that the IRS has now owned up to, and that were uncovered by their Inspector General, are an outrage.

“We now know that the IRS targeted groups for using such terminology as — get this — ‘we the people,’ and for educating folks about the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

“I mean, you can’t make this stuff up."

Paul addressed the outrageous violation of the constitution by the IRS:

"The IRS has been using taxing power as a political tool to bully these conservative groups and this type of intimidation is a major violation of our U.S. Constitution," Sen. Paul said. "This act of discrimination should not be tolerated and I demand a formal investigation seeking criminal charges against any individuals who authorized or were involved in targeting people of the United States based on their political views."

"The president has deemed this inexcusable, yet actions speak louder than words. It is time for President Obama and his Administration to act and it is our duty as Americans to hold them accountable.

Claiming to be among the first to be targeted by the IRS, conservative activist Eric Wilson of Georgetown, Kentucky, said he's not willing to accept the apology of the IRS.

According to Wilson, the IRS "was outside the bounds," asking for personal information from families of the board members of Kentucky 9/12 Project, which was seeking 501(c)(4) status for the organization. Wilson said they also wanted information on donors and members of the group.

The corruption of the Democratic Party is deepening, as the arrogance of its members against conservatives has gone far beyond decency and legality. This is why we must watch the Democrats in Kentucky closely from now on, as even Governor Steve Beshear, a Democrat, has said Christians are a threat to the state, as he vetoed the religious freedom bill.

It's far past time for the people of Kentucky to purge the state of the infestation of Democrats and their corruption.

Kentucky Democrats and Their Connection to Corrupt Progress Kentucky and Shawn Reilly

 

As more investigation into the bugging of a private meeting of Mitch McConnell and some of his
aides by Democrat operatives from Kentucky-based Progress Kentucky unfolds, it is beginning to be seen that the participants were not the bungling idiots the mainstream media has attempted to portray them as, but rather have interactions and connections to the highest levels of the Democratic Party of Kentucky, which is increasingly moving left towards their national leader Barack Obama.

Now the question is how high up did the operation involving Progress Kentucky and its taping of the private meeting go in the Kentucky Democratic Party.

White House visitor log records bring damning evidence as to the fact that Shawn Reilly was invited to the White House, confirming he was considered a significant Democratic Kentucky operative by the national Democrats. Several days after his appearance at the White House, the Democratic, liberal Progress Kentucky began its attacks on McConnell, the ethnicity of his wife, and of course the bugging of the meeting between McConnell and his aides.

BuzzFeed said this:

“The head of a group accused of illegally taping private meetings of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s campaign visited the White House days before the group’s Twitter account began actively attacking the Kentucky Republican, according to White House visitors logs.”

The Daily Caller added:

Something BuzzFeed didn’t report: According to the White House visitor log, Matthew Barzun (a “Louisville entrepreneur” who also happens to be Obama’s chief fundraiser) and Keith Runyon (retired, longtime Louisville Courier-Journal editorial page guy) were also in attendance. (You can tell they attended the same meeting because the meeting time is the same, the number of people in the group is the same, they all signed in under the same group number, and, most importantly, the room number for the meeting was the same.)

Additionally, as BuzzFeed reported, Reilly “appears to have been signed in by Victoria McCullough, a staff assistant to Obama confidante Valerie Jarrett.” McCullough signed in Barzun, too.

As for how deep into the Kentucky Democratic Party this corruption may go, here's an example of tweets that confirm interactions at the highest levels.

So here we have Democratic Governor Steven Beshear and Democratic Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes being connected to Reilly and the corrupt Progress Kentucky political organization.

Added together, it gives the legitimate appearance members of the Democratic mouthpiece the Courier Times, were at the same White House meeting Reilly attended, and then the connections between Bashear and Grims with the liberal group.
None of this is surprising, as Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes refused to condemn the racist attacks on Senator Mitch McConnell's wife, even as ultra-liberal Ashley Judd was quick to do.

When you include Beshear's attack on Christianity when describing why he vetoed the religious freedom bill, you can see the Democratic Party is moving far left towards Obama and his corrupt Chicago political tactics.

Here's what Beshear said about the religious freedom bill he vetoed:

"... I have significant concerns that this bill will cause serious unintentional consequences that could threaten public safety, health care, and individuals' civil rights."

His words can't be misunderstood. He is saying the freedoms all Christians have the right to enjoy and exercise, are a threat to "public safety, health care, and civil rights."

All of those are buzz words for paying for abortions via Obamacare and being forced to accept homosexuals and other deviant lifestyles.
In the next election cycle we need to let the increasingly radical and liberal Democratic Party that those of us in Kentucky will not allow them to turn our state into another California. To do that we must vote them out of office and put strong conservatives who represent the values of the vast majority of people living in Kentucky.

It appears the Louisville Courier-Journal, radical liberals, and the Kentucky Democratic Party are banding together in an attempt to turn the state and values it represents into those that we vehemently oppose. We can't let it happen.

Investigation of Ky. Democrat Group Widening

The investigation surrounding the scandal associated with Kentucky Democratic group Progress Kentucky is widening, as U.S. Capitol Police have joined the FBI concerning the unethical taping of a private campaign meeting held by Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and some of his aides.

With Progress Kentucky having alleged easy access to the meeting, it does generate questions as to where the Capitol Police were when members of the group were supposedly right outside the door taping the conversation.

This all assumes it was in fact taped outside the meeting room and not bugged from within. If it was bugged within, the consequences would probably be far graver for the participants in the recording of McConnell.

The Democrat front group released the recording to Mother Jones, which was then put online in audio and transcript form.

Kentucky's official Democratic newspaper, the increasingly irrelevant Louisville Courier-Journal, even attempted to make the content of the conversation the issue, rather than the illegal actions of Democratic operatives.

It was a meeting to deal with a possible Ashley Judd run, where the admitted mental health issues Judd in fact has had were discussed.

As Larue County Register has said in the past, the emotional and mental state of a U.S. Senator is not only relevant to the people of Kentucky, but vital to our interests. To discuss it is extremely important, and to act as if this is some type of poor behavior on the part of McConnell can't be seriously believed.

The Democratic Party of Kentucky has taken a serious blow, and now its most supportive media arm is trying to provide cover for the despicable actions of some of its members. Democrats in Kentucky know they could pay for this in the next election, and so are in some cases attempting to go on the offensive over an indefensible act by those in the Kentucky Democratic Party.

Does McConnell Bugging Show Kentucky Democrats Losing it?

There is a disturbing trend in the Kentucky Democratic Party that voters in the commonwealth need to look closely at, the latest being the bugging recording of the private conversation between Senator Mitch McConnell and aides as they planned how to respond to an Ashley Judd run if she opposed McConnell.

According to Jacob Conway, who had had the information about the bugging recording - having been told by two Democrat, liberal extremists from Progress Kentucky that they had secretly recorded the meeting - he came forward because "he didn't want the situation tarnishing the Democratic Party."

Too late Jacob, you and the Democratic Party in Kentucky are totally tarnished by this because you knew this information for some time, and only chose to release it when you saw the letters FBI associated with an investigation. You knew you would be pointed out as having received the information, which could have, and still may lead to, criminal charges.

After all, why did Democrat Jacob Conway not immediately expose this in order to "protect" the integrity of the Kentucky Democratic Party? His sudden concern is only self-interest ... probably as a result of being pressured by those in the Democratic Party whom saw where it would and will lead.

When added to the support many in the Kentucky Democratic Party had for Ashley Judd, including Democrat Governor Steve Beshear, who had no problem asserting she would be a formidable foe for McConnell, which as her dropping out of the race revealed, wasn't true at all. National Democrats attempted to force Judd on the people of Kentucky, with many Kentucky Democrats lining up as puppets to their national masters in support of Judd.

It was only after the realization she would get slaughtered by McConnell, which would result in state Democrats getting crushed in the next election, that they started backing off supporting the Hollywood liberal.

This is a trend in the Kentucky Democratic Party, as Beshear recently called the Christians in Kentucky dangerous over the freedom of religion bill he vetoed, but which was overridden by the Kentucky House and Senate.

The point is Democrats in Kentucky appear to be hiding their true beliefs until they manipulate the people of Kentucky into considering them representative of their values, which it is increasingly being revealed - they aren't.

As for the bugging recording of McConnell, Jacob Conway said he used to be friends with Shawn Reilly and Curtis Morrison, the two from Progress Kentucky who revealed to Conway they had bugged recorded McConnell and his aides secretly.

Why are they now being identified as former friends by Conway? When did the relationship between them end, and why? Was it when Conway realized he could be in big trouble? Why did Conway and the Democratic Party wait until they were caught before they let the information about this scandal be known?

Are we to believe Conway kept this secret and to himself; not telling anyone in the Kentucky Democratic Party about the breach in ethics? There is no doubt some in the Democratic Party knew about this besides Conway, and it'll be very interesting to see where the FBI may take the investigation.

I say this because there can be no doubt Conway was pressured by someone in the Democratic Party to come clean with the information so it wouldn't be traced back to the party. Otherwise he would have did nothing.

Again, there could be some self-interest here, as mentioned earlier concerning the FBI being called upon to investigate the situation. Nonetheless it's a surety Conway sought advice before going public with the revelation.

As to the conversation itself, it's actually not out of bounds at all, and the fact that Judd herself has revealed in her autobiography that she has been suicidal and had a mental breakdown is very pertinent to voters in Kentucky.

Why wouldn't the people of Kentucky want to know the psychological makeup of a person that is going to represent them, especially when it appears the person running for office has the potential to be mentally unstable? It's not only relevant, it's essential to know.

So the idea that talking about Judd concerning this matter is inappropriate is clearly wrongheaded. It is the job of opponents to point out weaknesses in their opposition so we can get as clear as picture as we can to make an informed decision.

When Ashley Judd put out feelers to see what the reaction would be, she lost all here right to privacy, as a person running for office no longer has the right to hide things that could be potentially detrimental to their successfully fulfilling their obligations to their constituents.

With surveillance tapes have been pulled by the FBI, and it won't be long before the public knows whether the two in question actually were standing outside the door of the meeting as alleged, or if there was in fact a bug planted in the office of McConnell. Either way, the Democrat group Progress Kentucky and its supporters are in big trouble.

It's troubling to see this face of the Kentucky Democratic Party being revealed and uncovered, and the people of Kentucky need to seriously send the Democrats a message in the next election that we're not liberals; we're not supportive of unauthorized bugging or taping of private conversations; and we're not a bunch of crazies because many of us follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.

McConnell Committed to Repealing Obamacare

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky said he won't back down from the battle to repeal Obamacare, as the impact is starting to be felt across the nation with higher medical costs and shrinking Medicaid and Medicare coverage.

Standing next to a stack of 20,000 pages of health care rules and regulations, which McConnell called a "monument to liberalism" at the Conservative Political Action Conference, said Republicans won't be afraid to fight back against the liberal health care disaster.

In a humorous reference to failing Democrat ideas, he said they haven't had a new one "since the days of the Studebaker." For the unenlightened, the Studebaker was a car from a long time ago that has been long abandoned.

On top of his comedy game, McConnell finished off with a reference to the possibility that Joe Biden or Hillary Rodham Clinton  would run for president in 2016, saying it would be a "rerun of 'The Golden Girls.'"

This is a funny Mitch McConnell I haven't seen too much of. I think his combination of humor and seriousness of the out-of-control liberals and Democrats is the way to go after them; revealing the devastating consequences of their world view.

Let's Hope Ashley Judd Runs Against McConnell for Senate Seat

The more people in Kentucky think about Ashley Judd running against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, the more they are getting nervous if they're Democrats, and the more they're rejoicing if they're Republicans.

Even when her own mother and sister talk about Ashley, there is no love lost between them, and the allegations made by Judd against her mother especially points to an extremely flawed individual that would garner no sympathy at all from the majority of Kentucky voters she is not only in conflict with as far as values, but acts as if she is superior to in her comments about them and their work in the state.

For Democrats in Kentucky, some at first started salivating over the prospect of a Judd run against McConnell, because he's considered vulnerable against the right candidate. But as people examine Judd and her extreme comments, Democrats are starting to squirm because they see the complete disaster that Judd will be for them, as the national party, which is totally out of step with the people of Kentucky and their values, is pushing to make her the candidate they think can unseat McConnell.

That's a delusion generated from their sheltered existence in Washington, where they can't see anywhere in the country that wouldn't kneel to their wisdom and insight. In regard to Kentucky, there is such a wide chasm between someone like Judd and the people, that even committed, conservative Democrats would not vote for her. The national Democrats simply don't see how terrible she is viewed by Kentuckians.

It's worse than that though. The Kentucky Democrats will be strongly pressured to back Judd if she decides to run, and the party will be painted with her views, as well as Obama's, which will set the Kentucky Democratic Party back for years.

That election it would be a slaughter by the Republicans, who would get the vote in a way they haven't for some time in the state across numerous counties that have went Democrats' way recently.

The bottom line is the Senate race would be a national election, and there is no way a liberal like Judd could ever win in Kentucky.

We could even see a big rift in the Democratic Party of Kentucky because many of its leaders currently in office know they would be in extreme danger of being painted with the attributes of Judd, something many of them won't be able to escape.

Republicans on the other hand are more than hoping Judd will enter the race, as it's one of those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities that can change history.

The question is if the national Democrats will give this terrific gift to the Republicans or not. If they do, it'll be extremely difficult for many Democrats to back her, and will be extremely interesting to see how they respond.

No doubt this is great theater that will be played out on the national level. This is what terrifies Kentucky Democrats ... and it should. Once it starts to be covered in the mainstream media, there is no backing out.

The repercussions could be extraordinary, swift, and ominous. It's amazing that many top Democrats such as Governor Steve Beshear are giving her praise. That means national leaders are already pressing hard for Judd's run. What an amazing debacle is about to happen.

Rand Paul Applauded by Kentucky GOP as "Shining Example"

Seeing the dangers of an executive branch that is out of control, Republican U.S. Sen. Rand Paul recently engaged in a 13-hour filibuster in order to delay a vote for Brennan as CIA director until questions were answered concerning the controversial drone program, where issues over whether or not the president could order the deaths of non-combatant U.S. citizens on American soil.

Getting a response of "no," Paul was considered a terrific example of doing things correctly to not only get answers, but to help others realize things need to be slowed down and not allowed to be fast-tracked as they have in the past.

To that end the Kentucky GOP  pointed out Paul as a 'shining example of Republican leadership.' They did so via a resolution to that effect.

Also pointed out for praise was Republican Floor Leader Mitch McConnell for "coming to his aid."

According to the resolution, Paul's principled stand “ignited a grassroots phenomenon” across America.

Kentucky Hemp Bill Clears Committee

With the goal of being among the first states to grow industrial hemp, a bill to that end easily passed a legislative committee today.

Sponsored by Sen. Paul Hornback, R-Shelbyville and supported by Agriculture Commissioner James Comer and U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, Senate Bill 50 passed the House Agriculture and Small Business Committee, with only one vote against it; that from Republican Tommy Turner.

The idea is that if Kentucky gets in early it'll be positioned to produce a potentially significant number of jobs, including farmers, processing plants and transporting the product.

Democrat Speaker Greg Stumbo has yet to agree to allowing the bill to be put to a floor vote.

About the only opposition is coming from Kentucky law enforcement, which has concerns over the similarity in look of industrial hemp and marijuana.

While hemp looks like marijuana, it has very little THC in it - 0.3 percent - which is the active ingredient in marijuana that produces the high. Marijuana has anywhere from 3 percent to 15 percent THC in it.

Hemp growers would be required to obtain an annual license and get a background check by the Agriculture Department. Buyers of hemp would have to be provided by growers, who would also have to keep sales contract records for three years. Anyone transporting hemp would also be regulated.

On the federal level, U.S. Sens. Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul had introduced legislation that would make a distinction between hemp and marijuana. That's so an existing Kentucky law which says the hemp policy of Kentucky should be the same as that of the federal government. At this time the federal government lumps hemp and marijuana together.

Ashley Judd, Beshear, and "Raping" of Mountains by Kentucky Coal Miners

It's bizarre to see Kentucky Democratic Governor Steve Beshear cuddle up to anti-Kentucky, Hollywood elitist liberal Ashley Judd, who represents everything Kentucky isn't. Doesn't he know the consequences of what appears to be his growing support for this extremist?

Below is an example of this fanatic equating the coal miners of Kentucky as rapists because they're moving some rock off the mountains to get at the coal God placed there. Godless people like Judd don't understand the "earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof," so the false idea that the earth is our mother is an attack on Christianity, which says New Jerusalem is our mother, and she is in the heavenlies.

Anyone calling mining rape is a candidate for needed counselling. At least her mother and sister are getting that help. She needs to join them or forever remain in denial of her deep emotional problems.

Think of it. She is an outrageous supporter of Planned Parenthood, which has its roots squarely in the racist vision of Margaret Sanger, who pushed murderous abortions as a way to control the population of black Americans, among others.

Maybe that's why radical liberal groups such as Progress Kentucky support Judd, as it has attacked the ethnicity of the wife of Mitch McConnell, who is Asian. The historical racists in America have always primarily been Democrats, as history totally confirms.

So Judd doesn't mind the butchering of babies in the womb, but loses sleep during the night over moving around of rock and dirt on Kentucky mountains.

Also extremely fishy and something Judd hasn't been called out on is why her husband left her right before she made it known she is serious about making a run for the Senate seat held by McConnell. It appears she was going to have it her way or nothing. That kind of fanaticism and hunger for power is dangerous; something radicals like Obama live for.

Finally, Judd isn't even a resident of Kentucky, as she resides in Tennessee, but wants to force herself on Kentucky by re-establishing residency after years of being absent.

It also seems there is growing pressure from national, radical liberal Democrats for the Democrats of Kentucky to toe the line, hold their noses, and get out of the way of a Ashley Judd run if that's what the spoiled little child wants.

Even the comments made by those outside of Kentucky show there is little real understanding of the people living here and their conservative values. Ashley Judd is a slap in the face of those values, and must and will be soundly rejected by people in the state if she chooses to run for public office.

Democrats in Kentucky know they need to keep their distance from Judd, as when and if she runs, and when she is soundly defeated, the wrath of the voters in the Commonwealth will turn upon the cowardly Democrats who offered her aid and comfort.

Rand Paul Says Judd Doesn't Represent Kentucky

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul said on CNN's "State of the Union" that Tennessee resident and extreme liberal, Ashley Judd, "doesn't really represent Kentucky," meaning the values of the majority of people residing in the state.

Judd isn't even a resident of Kentucky, and would have to move and establish residence here to even run against Mitch McConnell.

The national mainstream media are attempting to make this look like it would be a close race, with Judd having a good chance to even unseat McConnell. While McConnell could be vulnerable, the politically extreme Judd, who has held nothing back as to her views, would find it impossible to backtrack on her support of abortion, planned parenthood, and opposition to coal, among others.

Some of those would be strengths in some states, but in Kentucky they're guaranteed to turn people against you.

Another disconnect from national pundits is the idea that McConnell would be viewed as anti-women in the state, even though Judd would in fact have to deal with that reality, as abortion and planned parenthood are considered anti-woman and anti-family.

So when the mainstream media outlets try to make this look like a race Judd could win, they are basing that assumption and wishful thinking upon their worldview, not that held by the vast majority of Kentuckians.

Now if there was a strong Tea Party-type candidate that arose, McConnell would be in some serious trouble. At this time such a candidate hasn't emerged.
