Democrat Senate Candidate Jim Noll Arrested for DUI, Possession of Marijuana

Former Democrat Senate candidate Jim Noll was arrested by Kentucky police for possession of marijuana and DUI. Noll has four charges lodged against him overall. He was being held in the Kenton County Detention Center, but was released after pleading not guilty of the charges.

Along with the DUI and marijuana possession charges, Noll was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless driving.

After participating in a breath test, Noll was discovered to have a blood alcohol level of 0.150, almost twice the legal Kentucky limit.

Noll was booked in the Kenton County Jail at 3:12am after being arrested by Fort Mitchell police.

The Democrat ran in November for Kentucky's Senate District 23 seat. Republican Chris McDaniel beat Noll in the election.

Noll was also a member of the Villa Hills City Council. His term there ended at the end of December, 2012.
